Predicting History? Looking Back at Our Oscars Poll

The Academy Awards is the biggest night in Hollywood. Known as the “Oscars,” this year’s fete took place this past Sunday, filled with controversy and groundbreaking wins. Last week, The Spartacus decided to ask the Country Day community who they thought would win Best Picture, (the most anticipated award of the show). “Little Women” was expected to do the best, with 50% of votes, followed by “1917” with 25% of votes, and the rest of votes were evenly distributed amongst, “The Irishman” and “Parasite.” Only 13% of voters accurately predicted the winner, “Parasite.”
